See a doctor!!! Also, see a maxilofacial(?) specialist. The specialist will know your mouth in most every way and will be able to advise you about potential problems. There are also institutes located in places around the US (I can't remember the exact locations off the top of my head) that are essentially medical clinics, staffed with physicians who specialize in performance related injuries. I seem to remember there is one in the midwest (maybe Minnesota or Wisconsin?) and they do have brass specialists. My point is that you should be pursuing professional help from a qualified medical professional, not some well meaning folks on the internet who can't even see you. Best of luck to you!!!
