This may be the least attractive way, but use a BBb horn and rewrite your music up a step. That way the BBb open tone will be rewritten as a CC-fingering open tone, etc. You'll still be using your familiar fingerings, though the sound will be a step off. I bet you won't even notice the difference after a few minutes.
