The heading of this post intrigued me. Why in God's name would anyone want to go the the expense of cutting a sousaphone to a CC! I'm sure you have a reason, but I can't figure what it could be. Band music, especially marches that you'd play in parades, is easier fingered on the BB. If you're a reformed trumpet player and don't want to learn the new fingerings, get an EE.
As far a feasible, I'll leave that alone, I'm sure someone out there has enough technical know-how to do, but it would certainly take HOURS of work at at least$50 per hour (likely more, alot more). Just seems like an awfully expensive trip to nowhere.
