Sean, I've got one and find it pretty useful on occasions when I have to take a stand with me. Plenty of room for music, that sheet of plexiglas (for outdoor concerts) and even my ConcertLight portable light. The base fits in a pocket on the inside of the same compartment used to hold the desk. There's a velcro-closed exterior pocket also. A nylon shoulder strap is attached to the bag.
Not the best construction in the world, but mine's held up for more than a year and at $22 isn't too awfully overpriced.
