Study all of the "tips on playing" articles, including the Jacobs masterclass. Get an MP3 player download if you don"t have one, download the masterclass items. You may gain some useful insights to tenor tuba, I mean Eupho, or is it piccolo tuba (same difference), playing.
Do a lot of practice on the mouthpiece ie. become a mouthpiece virtuoso. You should find that if you hold the mouthpiece near the end of the stem and between just the thumb and 1 finger and don't apply too much pressure that you will automatically tilt the mouthpiece up and down as you go between high and low register. This being a result of adjusting your jaw and thus embouchure. Without the horn interfering you should find a position which suits you. Transfer what you learn to the instrument. When you are playing the horn a slight adjustment of its position to allow this movement occur as you play.
If need be have the leadpipe / receiver position altered to bring the mouthpiece to you at a comfortable angle. Make sure you have a competent technician do this. Don't try it yourself as it is amazingly easy to destroy a leadpipe. (Unless you happen to be a good technician.) Make this instrument do what you want rather than modify yourself to suit it just because a bit of brass tubing hasn't been bent to suit you.

Have fun.
