If you mean the F# right below the staff than I would suggest rethinking your tuning slide positions. If you mean the F# the octave below that, than you will either need a fifth valve or you will need to practice your false tones. The fingering that you would need to use is 2&3. First you should try playing Bb below the staff with 1&4 and than you should try to play that note open. From there on, you can walk down chromatically to the low F# as 2&3 and the low F as open.
Good luck with this technique, it will take some time and the sound will almost never be the same as when you use valves.
