They may not be 3/4 but my suggestions are:
Rudy Meinl 3/4 CC: Great sound, sometimes iffy intonation, fairly small.
Meinl Weston 32 CC: Great sound, lots of projection, good intonation, but it is a 4/4.
(Used) Conn 2J or 3J: Good sound, may be a bit bright, record well, only four valves, not made anymore.
Mirafone 184 or 186: Great intonation, possibly a bit bright (except for S-series), 184 isn't made now, 186 is a 4/4 kinda.
Yamaha YCB-661: Great compact sound, OK intonation, good scale, not made anymore, this is the old rotory horn.
Yamaha YCB-621: Small but open sound sometimes a bit "vanilla", intonation varies greatly from horn to horn, openness of lower register varies greatly from horn to horn.
Holton 330?: Haven't played one, opinion varies greatly from person to person.

Notice some of the better horns, (Mirafone 184, Yamaha YCB-661, and Conn 2J & 3J) aren't even made anymore?
Fortunately, you should be able to find something out there in the used market.
Best of luck.
