Kennedy Center Opera Orchestra is Steven Dunkle (I don't know if I am
spelling that correctly). About the only thing I can tell you is that he
was at Northwestern at some point, perhaps someone who knows him can tell
us more.
The runner-up was Ben Chouinard, who also studied at Northwestern as well
as at Peabody, and is playing with the orchestra this season.
The audition was held this past weekend, finals on Sunday, there were 83
total applicants who played.
