1) Good posture will improve your playing regardless of the mouthpiece.
2) Breathing correctly will improve your playing regardless of the mouthpiece.
3) Not moving your head or chops too much between registers will improve your playing regardless of the mouthpiece.
4) Alexander technique will improve your playing regardless of the mouthpiece.
