Buzz like a mad man. Pick a note and glissando progressively farther away and back both directions. Make your goal to create as buzzy a sound as possible. Buzz is good. Once you've exhausted your currenting buzzing range pick up your horn and play some rochut down one octave then two keeping the same musical concepts.
If that doesn't fix you nothing will. ;b
