The Arban for tuba is better for tuba players for the following reasons: the more up to date pedagogical information and it is spiral bound, so it lays flat and doesn't fall apart after time like the other versions. It does have the Art of Phrasing and Duets sections that are unfortunately not in the trombone text. This version leaves out the solo section that is in the other two books. I'd say go for the tuba one if you're willing to shell out the $50 bucks for it. The trumpet one is MUCH cheaper and has all the music. So just decide if it's worth it.
