I'm a student at PSU who's switched to MU ED on tuba. I really need to buy a horn of my own soon so I can practice over the summer. However, my parents would like me to search for a decent used horn for <$2500 until they're sure I'll stick with it. I play BBb (4 valve) and plan to stay that way. Please help!!
