Of course, it would depend on the size of the bell. I know that they are pretty pricey! They are made from carbon fiber (which isn't cheap) and the process of forming the bells are pretty labor intensive. $2,000.00 wouldn't surprize me at all! But if you think about it - a new metal bell wouldn't be too much less.....
