Wurzbach is another choice in a reasonably-priced four rotor BBb. They are certainly not as inexpensive as St. P., but are made in (what used to be) Western Germany, are high quality, and can be had for something around four grand. They have 16 1/2" bells and a .750" bore. I like the quality of sound of these better than the S-186. Write sousaphones(AT)hotmail.com , and you can get an exact quote.
