I need some advice on how best to loosen the bottom caps on my Mirafone's five rotary valves. So far, I have been able to loosen only one cap with my fingers. This is a new horn by the way. Would the lacquer be causing these caps to be tight? Are there special tools that are used to handle this job?
(Please, no slip-joint pliers jokes.)
